“Everyone knows there’s no such thing as fairies. They’re just make-believe.”
You are Molly, a seven-year old girl who discovers that she has fairies living in her backyard.
Cara was born and raised in Berkshire County Massachusetts, where as a child her love for fantasy, fairy tales and all things magical began. Now that Cara is all grown up, she can share her stories for all to enjoy.
Molly grew up in a small, New England town, two-miles outside of the city. Her yard was nature’s playground. Beautiful gardens bloomed with colorful sprays of wildflowers and a vegetable garden that she and her family tended to all summer. Molly’s vegetable garden was filled with the crispiest red leaf lettuce, greenest green peppers and sweetest sweet peas; cucumbers perfect for pickling, and the roundest red beets. Molly, you see, was a kind lover of nature, and just like the fairies, she loved to take care of all living things. The fairies felt safe with Molly, which is precisely why their celebrations took place in her backyard.
